From anniversary supplements and community profilers to show guides, JuneWarren-Nickle’s Energy Group can meet your custom publishing needs. Doing what we do best, JWN provides a turnkey solution to your publishing needs. From concepts and timelines, all the way through to print and distribution, we’ve got you covered. Our in-house editorial staff and team of multi-disciplinary freelancers research and write the stories and our talented graphic artists and designers create the layouts that make the publications come alive. Working collaboratively with you and your team, we’ll deliver a high-quality custom publication, on time and on budget.

Price

Professional publishing doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg...that’s why JWN has developed two convenient payment models to suit your needs.

Fee-Certain

Design your ideal publication from a drop-down menu of publishing services, printing options, and distribution services. Once you decide what you’d like, we can quickly turn around a quote for your custom publishing project. The best part is, once you sign off on your quote, that’s the price you pay. There are no increases along the way.

Pay only for what you need, rather than for what you don’t want. We’ll customize our services to meet your publishing objectives. You’ll pay 25% upon signing and the remainder upon receiving the printed product.

Vendor-Supported

This is an ideal choice for those clients who wish to create a publication that, based on its own merit, is sure to have broad support from the industry or community to which it’s targeted. JWN will work with you to create an advertising-supported publication that will be sold by our team of sales professionals. The revenues earned will either partially, or entirely, offset the costs that would otherwise be borne in the fee-certain model.

You provide the list of potential buyers, and we’ll do the selling for you. The end product is the same: a high-quality custom publication.

Circulation and Distribution

Custom publications demand custom distribution options, and that’s what we offer. From printing a few hundred to several thousand copies of your publication, we work with our vast network of printers across the country to ensure the best-quality print jobs at optimal prices. Looking to save a tree? No problem. JWN is no stranger to digital editions and will gladly provide you with a publication that you can post online or distribute digitally.

Another advantage of having your custom publication published by JWN is our vast and established distribution channels. Whether you want to distribute your product with Oilweek, Oilsands Review, or Alberta Construction Magazine (just to name a few), or to develop targeted mailing lists for recipients of your publication, we will work with you to meet your distribution needs.

The Evolution of Safety

Enform, the safety association for Canada’s upstream oil and gas industry, works with industry to build and ensure a safe, well-trained workforce. Its mandate is to develop safe work practices through a range of safety services and resources, including Industry Recommended Practices (IRPs), safety alerts and updates, COR certification and Petroleum Safety Conferences.

In a joint project, JuneWarren-Nickle’s Energy Group worked closely with Enform to produce this high-quality legacy publication for Enform’s 50th anniversary in 2011 to detail the association’s rich half-century history and describe its bright future.

Inside you’ll learn:

  • About the progress made on the safety front over the past 50 years and how safety and training specialists have applied a cooperative approach that has improved safety—and saved lives.

  • How Enform’s strong relation to associations and its partnerships with others in industry, education and government help get the message out about safety.

  • That Enform’s safety and training opportunities are making a difference by keeping workers safe.

  • What Enform is doing to meet the challenges we’ll face in the future.

  • And much more!

Distribution

Fifteen thousand copies of The Evolution of Safety were printed. Of that, 7,000 copies were distributed with the June 2011 issue of Oil & Gas Inquirer and another 3,000 copies are being distributed at key industry trade shows throughout the year.
